【摘要】:AcrylicacidanditsestersarenormallyinhibitedwithMEHQonly.ThisprocedurepresentsarapidandaccuratemethodofdeterminingtheMEHQcontentoffreshacrylicacidandacrylateestersintheabsenceofotherinhibitors.MEHQeffectivenessmaydeclinewithageandthisdeclineineffectivenessmaynotbeindicatedbythistestmethod.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationofmonomethyletherofhydroquinone(MEHQ)incolorlessmonomericacrylateestersandacrylicacid.ThetestmethodisapplicabletothedeterminationofMEHQintheconcentrationrangefrom0to1200partspermillion.1.2Forpurposesofdeterminingconformanceofanobservedoracalculatedvalueusingthistestmethodtorelevantspecifications,testresult(s)shallberoundedoff"tothenearestunit"inthelastright-handdigitusedinexpressingthespecificationlimit,inaccordancewiththerounding-offmethodofPracticeE29.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Nootherunitsofmeasurementareincludedinthisstandard.1.4Forhazardinformationandguidance,seethesupplier''sMaterialSafetyDataSheet.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityofwhoeverusesthisstandardtoconsultandestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection8.
